Our Mission
To come alongside hopeful adoptive families as they walk through the process of growing their family through adoption. Our hearts desire is to educate families and to see them grow, not only in number, but also in the way that they are able to love others BIG & WELL.
What is an adoption consultant? If you are here and researching adoption for your family you have likely felt a bit overwhelmed! When a family decides to adopt it can be a challenge to know where to begin...you are not alone. Our role as an adoption consultant is to remove as much of the stress and as many of the question marks as we can for you. It starts by us holding your hand but continues on to us being your advocate and the organization you can lean on. We will walk alongside you, helping to guide you each step of the way. This begins early on as we help you find a home study provider that is local to you, it continues as we assist you to create a beautiful profile book, and lastly as we guide you through gathering all of the necessary documents. We are well connected within this community and we know what is needed to get you through the initial paperwork in a timely manner. Once you are ready to go we will help you navigate every part of the journey through placement and well beyond as you become a part of our community and tribe of families! As your consultants we help to decrease many of the stressors that are present and guide you on your path toward adoption. We will help you to expand your reach by providing you with the opportunity to work with the agencies and attorneys nationwide that we partner with. We are so proud to be known for having the most prepared clients and we feel blessed every time we see one of our families be able to come alongside an expectant mother who is looking to make an adoption plan. We are very thorough and pay attention to details from the very first step, all the way through to the end. As leaders in this ministry we are humbled that God continues to show favor to FAC. We truly believe there is no other consultancy firm that does what we do, the way that we do it.
There is no better team to walk you through this process. We know the steps before you get to them and we can prepare you in every way possible for what’s ahead making the process less overwhelming and unknown. We will navigate them together!
Each one of us brings a different experience to your journey. You aren’t just hiring a consultant you are gaining a team of like minded people who will rally behind you on your adoption journey. We have all walked through hard things that give us more wisdom in the process.
In 15 years time we’ve seen countless families built through adoption. Not just babies have been added to families but also first families and adoptive families have come together as one family. We believe so much that love truly does make a family.
