Utah FAC Meet Up
We had the best few days as we ventured to Utah to spend time with 7 FAC families who just took placement! Two of those sweet families were two time FAC families, which is always extra special and so fun! We also got to meet with 2 agency directors during our time there. It was a fruitful time with our precious families and a great opportunity to see first hand how these agency directors are loving expectant families big and well.
Talk About Adoption
We had the honor of joining birth mom Callie Jett and friend Lynea Krukiewicz for their filming of the adoption curriculum Empowerment Of Choice. What a wonderful opportunity to be a part of something bigger in the lives of women all over the country.
Hope Conference
Beauty Amidst The Ashes exists to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ by advocating and educating individuals and families about adoption. We share our stories to evangelize, encourage, and empower people. It is our desire to bring the hope of Christ into each life story and motivate people to engage in caring for children who need families.
We were able to speak for the second time. Courtney Lott was able to share her passion about the redemption we find in adoption.

Omaha FAC Families Dinner
We were able to meet up with several of our Nebraska and the surrounding area FAC families for a wonderful night of love and community.
Dallas Texas Mini Retreat
We are so encouraged by community and God has truly built a one of a kind community within FAC. We are so grateful for the time spent with our Texas FAC families this year!
Minnesota Mini Retreat
This retreat was amazing. Rain and weather issues caused us to change plans at the very last minute and we ended up in the lobby of the Mall Of America! Yet God was not surprised and He covered us in blessings that day. We love how our families are up for anything and truly desire community, and being together.
Choose Joy Event
The Choose Joy Conference is a faith-based infertility support event put on by People Helping People Ministries. Their goals are; to create a community for people experiencing the grief and loneliness that often accompanies infertility, to provide financial support to couples trying to grow their families, and to help attendees see and be seen by God.
Courtney has been honored to speak in previous years and Jason Clayton was able to speak from a dad’s perspective.
West Coast Mini Retreat
We loved this retreat! It was smaller and more intimate and really was a beautiful night of pouring into each other, prayer, growing in deeper connection with one another, and living life together.
Atlanta Mini Retreat
FAC is known for our community. It is one of a kind. We believe that adoption is a lifelong journey and not a one time act. We also believe it is important for our kids to see that other families were built like theirs.
This year we expanded from one large retreat to several mini retreats. Our desire was and still is to build deeper and wider local community for our families. There is not much better than having like minded friends who have walked this journey who are also able to sit down with you and connect.
This year our theme was Together Wherever!
